Please note:

• Returns are not free of charge. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

• Return authorization required: Before returning any item, you must contact us by email (support@spawnd.eu) so we can agree on the exact return procedure and provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Your Right of Withdrawal
